Return & Exchange policy
a) All returns must be authorized by Crystal Technology in order to ensure proper credit and must be requested within 30 days of purchase. NOTE: All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. For returns not due to Crystal Technology’s error, our dealer partner is responsible for all transportation fees related to the returned product. To ensure proper credit, each Product return must include the following information:
- Purchase Order Number
- Catalog Number of Returned Item(s)
- Crystal Technology Return Authorization Number (RGA/RMA)
- Reason for Return
b) Products not authorized for return include:
- Products not in completely resalable condition (including Products with damaged, missing or defaced labeling or packaging)
- Custom products or special order products
- Products not purchased from Crystal Technology
- Discontinued products
What is the warranty of Crystal’s products?
The warranty is 1 year for inventory control systems and 2 years for all equipment. It’s applicable to any defects in materials or workmanship. If the product is altered, modified, is used in a way that it wasn’t intended for or is caused by the customer’s inappropriate use or treatment will void the warranty.
When will I receive my order?
For in-stock merchandise, they will be delivered within 5 working days. And if the product is out of stock, we’ll contact you by email.
